Mobile lifting jacks
We offer different types of jacks for lifting coaches, locomotives and rolling stock:
- Mobile railway jacks with 6t-10t capacity per column for lifting trams, subways and wagons
- Mobile railway jacks with 12t-20t capacity per column for liftimg the entire train, heavy cars and light locomotives
- Mobile railway jacks with 20t-25t capacity per column for lifting full trains and heavy locomotives
- Mobile railway jacks with 30t-40t capacity per column for lifting heavy rolling stock.
All these different types of lifting jacks can be interconnected and work synchronously. Jacks are equipped with a hydraulic mobile bogie. Jacks can be manufactured to order with a fixed or movable lifting console. They are easy to use.
Stationary inground jacks
Stationary inground jacks allows the customer to speed up the operation of lowering and lifting. Possibility of placement on a flat floor (there is no need to use a repair and inspection pit).
Jacks for lifting coaches and entire trains are divided into three types:
- screw
- stationary
- hydraulic
Used both for quick change of wheel sets and for long-term repair.
Turntables for bogies
This is a modern and reliable electromechanical turning device that can be used to rotate a bogie with a load from 6000 kg to 20 000 kg to moving it to other zones. Electromechanical turntable has an automatic drive from the induction motor and gearbox. The system is controlled by the control panel.
Painting and drying chambers for rolling stock
Our company designs, manufactures, installs and maintains paint booths for wagons.
Paint booths for wagons are designed as a closed room with special equipment to perform paint works in accordance with fire safety regulations and sanitary and hygienic provisions; they also perform a quick-drying procedure on painted surfaces. The paint booth for wagons consists of the following units:
- a closed booth for painting and drying;
- fresh air ventilation system with filters;
- heat pump with fan and automatics;
- exhaust ventilation system with air filters.
Washing systems for railway transport
According to the requirements and wishes of the customer, we offer the solutions for cleaning, including single or double washing, stationary or mobile, under cleaning carriages, air dryers, water recycling, etc. We also offer graded levels of automation according to a specific task. All systems are controlled by a PLC or simply in use touch screens that include auto-diagnostic tools and service and maintenance programs.
Wheelset lathes for reprofiling wheels of railway transport
Wheel-reprofiling machines located below the floor level are characterized by high technological flexibility when performing profiling and can be used on a wide variety of production lines. In order to increase economic efficiency, it became necessary to use these machines for further processing of brake discs in addition to the usual wheel-reprofiling functions. Modern wheel-reprofiling machines, located below the floor level, not only perform all types of working operations in compliance with the required level of accuracy, but also allow you to perform a further modification of production lines. Wheelsets of standard rolling stock, suburban trains, as well as subway trains and LRT system are machined using wheel reprofiling machines located below the floor level. The tandem version can be used for simultaneous machining of two wheel sets in one bogie with mechanical supporting axles.
Press for mounting (pressing on) / dismounting (pressing off) and testing wheels
We manufacture presses for pressing wheelsets, with the help of which it is possible to assemble and disassemble all elements on the axle (wheels, disc brakes, gears and bearings). A large selection of our equipment is able to meet the needs of each customer both during repairs and while manufacturing of new equipment.
