High-tech wheel flange lubricants.
The series consists of:
RailLub 90/05, RailLub 90/09 and RailLub 90/15. The solids content and a slight difference in consistency are different.
RailLub 90/15 is suitable as rack rail lubricant.
The series was developed to reduce the roll and slide friction that occurs between the wheel flange and rail sides during the operation of rail vehicles under extreme pressure loadings and to significantly reduce the wear.
Even at low dosages forms a strongly adhering lubrication film that is taken up and transferred by subsequent wheel action. A wheel – rail – rail -wheel spreading effect takes place.
The products are not thrown off the wheel flange at high speeds. The long-term separation and lubrication film does not bind together with dust, brake wear particles or other contamination.
The RailLub 90/series is winter resistant and can be applied to -30°C.

RailLub 30/LT is winter resistant and can be applied to -40°C.
RailLub 30/40 consists of chemically treated solid lubricants and a solvent-free, synthetic carrier agent. It reduces the wear in the operation of rail vehicles that run at extremely low temperatures.
RailLub 30/40 does not contain any solvents.
RailLub 30/40 forms a strongly adhering lubrication film on metal surfaces.
The heat resistance is guaranteed at a constant function from -60°C to +200°C.
RailLub 30/40 contains no solvents and can be applied to -40°C and prevents icing from interfering with the function during the winter
White high-tech wheel flange lubricant.
RailLub 35/09 contains a white, ceramic, solid lubricant combination and a solvent-free, synthetic carrier agent. It was developed to reduce the roll and slide friction that occurs between the wheel flange and rail sides during the operation of rail vehicles under extreme pressure loadings and to significantly reduce the wear.
Even at low dosages, RailLub 35/09 forms a strongly adhering lubrication film that is taken up and transferred by subsequent wheel action. A wheel – rail – rail -wheel spreading effect takes place. The product is not thrown off the wheel flange at high speeds. RailLub 35/09 does not bind together with dust or brake wear particles, thereby preventing contamination.
Studies at the FH Mannheim have indicated outstanding results in comparison with conventional wheel flange lubricants. Wear and crack formation on the surfaces of the wheel and the rail were not found at the end of the test. RailLub 35/09 is resistant to winter and can be applied to -25°C.
High-tech mineral oil wheel flange lubricant.
RailLub 40/09 is a combination of chemically treated solid lubricants and a solvent-free special mineral oil fraction as carrier agent.
RailLub 40/09 considerably reduces the wear on the wheel flange and the rail.
Even at low dosages, RailLub 40/09 forms a strongly adhering lubrication film that is taken up and transferred by subsequent wheel action. A wheel – rail – rail -wheel spreading effect takes place. The product is not thrown off the wheel flange at high speeds.
RailLub 40/09 can be applied down to -40°C and does not bind together with dust, brake wear particles or other contamination.
for trackside systems
Rail side lubricant for stationary installations.
RailLub TS-2-1 consists of chemically handled, synergetic acting solid lubricants. It prevents squeaking noises from the sides of the rail in bends. For use in stationary installations.
Thanks to its extraordinary adhesive force, a thin film is sufficient to exclude binding with dirt and dust. The action of wheels rolling over the rail, distributes the film evenly for the very long distance.
When used in stationary lubrication systems are no air pockets in the product due to the automatic filling of the container.

Top-of-the-rail conditioner against rail squeak on bends.
HeadLub is a high-pressure lubricant compound containing selected, chemically treated, solid lubricants. Through its affinity (tendency) and ionic carrier agent, it accelerates the surface smoothing of the „soft-metal pairings“ between the top of the rail and the wheel surface. Wear and friction are thereby reduced to a minimum.
HeadLub immediately and successfully eliminates the annoying squeaking in bends. Thanks to its extraordinary adhesive properties, even a very thin application provides long-term protection. HeadLub produced a dry surface coating with an in-depth effect that also adheres to wet rails over long periods and has a water-repellent effect. The adhesive film is evenly distributed over a length of 100 – 200m by subsequent wheels.
HeadLub is winter resistant and can be applied to -30°C.

SwitchLub 60/00 is a combination of chemically treated solid lubricants and a solvent-free synthetic carrier agent. This high performance lubricant reduces the sliding friction that arises and reduces the wear to an extraordinary level.
Even at low dosages, forms a strongly adhering lubrication and separation film between the friction parts and considerably reduces the need for re-lubrication. It is stable over a long period under extreme pressure and heat loading, thereby guaranteeing a constant lubrication. It prevents functional interference due to icing during the winter and can be applied down to -25°C. The heat resistance of the lubrication film is guaranteed from -40°C to +550°C for a constant function.
The variant SwitchLub 60/09 is a liquid form, so that with the special knapsack sprayer (Art. No. 9910) may be applied.
Lubricant for rail points, liquid.
SwitchLub 60/09 is a combination of chemically treated solid lubricants and a solvent-free synthetic carrier agent. This high performance lubricant reduces the sliding friction that arises and reduces the wear to an extraordinary level.
Even at low dosages, SwitchLub 60/09 forms a strongly adhering lubrication and separation film between the friction parts and considerably reduces the need for re-lubrication. The film provides protection against corrosion and is stable over a long period under extreme pressure and heat loading, thereby guaranteeing a constant lubrication. SwitchLub 60/09 does not bind dust. The heat resistance of the lubrication film is guaranteed from -30°C to +120°C for a constant function.
SwitchLub 60/09 prevents functional interference due to icing during the winter and can be applied down to -25°C.
Lubricant for rail points.
SyntLub 4000 is a biologically degradable, synthetic lubricant that forms a transparent protective film and has an excellent capillary action, and can thereby easily penetrate into the surface pores. It contains no organic fats, petrol derivatives, or additions of silicone, graphite, molybdenum disulphide, etc.
SyntLub 4000 contains effective corrosion protection and high pressure additives and has a water-repellent effect.
SyntLub 4000 has been specially designed for the heat-resistant lubrication of electrically heated points in the winter.
SyntLub 4000 is clean, antistatic and biologically degradable. Es simultaneously cleans the rail saddle and does not form a crust.
SyntLub 4000 can be applied by hand or using any spray unit without any problems.
The use of SyntLub 4000 is guaranteed in both tropical and Arctic countries.
Can be applied down to -35°C.
Heat resistance from -40 to +180°C.
Fitting and release paste.
PasteLub 10/12 is an antiseizure and lubrication agent in a metallic basis developed according to the latest finding in tribology, which operates at temperatures from -180° to +1300°.
An antioxidation additive with wear-reducing and corrosion protective inhibitors provides an excellent long-term protection against seizure and corrosion.
For: Screw connections of all kinds, static and moving construction elements, steel and machine industry, jointed connections on building machines, lubrication of open gears and spindles, operational maintenance in the chemical industry, seals as a release agent, manhole covers, lubrication of bolts and bushes in brake linkages in the area of motor and rail vehicles as well as agricultural machinery.
Even after many years of exposure to high temperatures and loads and aggressive environmental factors, it is possible to dismantle the treated parts.

Strongly adhesive special lubricant for Buffer.
PasteLub R consists of synthetic esters, polymers, solid lubricants and additives. It considerably reduces the friction losses and the material wear that arise during extreme pressure loading. Excellent long-term protection against seizure and corrosion. It is also very suitable for buffers and rolling mill pins.
PasteLub R is free of lead, chlorine, sulphur, phosphor, mineral oil and rape seed oil! Its solid lubricant proportion is 25%.
Even when applied thinly, PasteLub R forms a non-soluble lubrication film that adheres extremely strongly to buffer plates and is easily transferred. Economical in use. The film also does not wash off in washing stations. Even under extreme pressure and heat loading, PasteLub R remains stable over a long time period, and thereby guarantees constant lubrication.
PasteLub R remains functional from -70°C to +1200°C.

Contact wire anti-freeze agent.
Pantotec DK prevents the icing of the contact wire during the winter months for trams and other rail vehicles with overhead lines, and trolley buses. Pantotec DK is a mixture of glycols, polymers and additives. It does not form any gumming on the contact wire.
Pantotec DK has a very high adhesion and remains in dry weather over several days the contact wire. After heavy rain or snow, the process is repeated.
Pantotec DK can sprayed accurately onto the contact wire using a contact wire de-icing system. We can organise a suitable system on request.
